CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER USED ABUSSING LANGUAGE ON CALL

Dear Sir,
I Prashant Sharma consumer of reliance mobile 9555755593, I am facing the sms problem from last 5 days but I am not getting the positive response from customer care side, I am calling the customer care regarding the same but on 29 November 2009 at 11:15 am I had a word with Mr. Alam and he abusing me and treating me in a very bad way. He is also giving me a theret that he will disconnect my number and way off my balance from my account. He is just using the velgar language to me and disconnect the call. Then I call the customer care again and then I spoke to Miss Priya Batra (Floor Supervisor). She launched the complaint against him and provide me a complaint number (114176149). So please take some action on him otherwise I will go to the consumer court and file a complaint against the company. If any thing is hap pen with me from customer care officer side then the company is reponsible for this. I want resolution as soon as possible.
