Critical medicine Artificial shortage

My mother is a CKD patient. She is currently taking “Home Dialysis” (CAPD) in consultation with Reputed HOSPITAL at Madurai. Since June-2014, we are taking your medicine.

But for the past four months, sufficient quantity of CAPD Drain Bags are not available in the Hospital pharmacy. We inquired with Baxter team members, Mr. Senthilkumar, Mr. Jayaprakash, Ms. Gokila & Ms.Pawla in this regard. We were informed that stock of the mentioned CAPD Drain Bags were not available in sufficient quantities in the whole of India.

Please note that we have been sending emails to “[email protected]” and “[email protected]” in this regard many a time, but the problem of shortage still prevails since July 2014. Also, there is no proper feedback or reply mails for my emails explaining the situation.
