I have made several complains in last six months regarding the connectivity issue of Airtel. Few complain nos are as below –
Complain no for Mobile data ( Mob. no 9431104298) –

Complain no for data card (No. 7710010897) –
1. 2 Sep – 57858095
2. 18 Oct – 58536918
But the problem has not been resolved.
I am a post paid user and every month I am paying around Rs. 2000/- for mobile and using corporate connection of Data card with the plan of 900/ month. but not able enjoy the service. And not happy with speed of response. So I am not getting the service for which I am paying such a huge money. And if there is some problem from network side then neither getting revert my money nor discount in my bill.
One more surprising episode I have observed with this company that whenever I calling to customer care and started sowing my dissatisfaction, within 5 mins of time observing good speed. Once I have started using the data, in next 15 mins again it get down. It is always showing High Speed network but not able to transmit Whatsapp massage immediately. So it is clearly showing Airtel try make the user fool taking money and enjoying. As they are not having fear of law enforcement agency or consumer forums. As a result the service what they commit is not able to deliver. And I always laugh to see their add of Smartphone Network. Crazy….
Gov must look into the unfair business practice of these companies who are making consumer fool and charging huge money. If they are not able to provide the service then why should they are committing for better services. Now a days Airtel is worst compared to any service provider.
