Hi, This complaint is with collection team (credit card)of ICICI Bank held in Mumbai. Due to personnel problem I was not able to pay my credit card payment (4 months), and moved from mumbai to Bangalore and I requested for settlement. After I placed the request without any information they started calling me in working hours and started harassing to repay the mount on the same day I asked to sent me the paper and the time but they were not listening to my request but they were only talking. When I was not picking my call they called my neighbor in Bangalore whose number and name even I don’t know and when I asked why are you contacting my neighbor they told they never called and started blaming me that I tell lie. And finally i agreed to go branch and settled it out . but my main concern is if a customer is asking for settlement they should talk and educated the terms and condition instead of troubling them and there family members. After this incident I lost the trust with ICICI Bank and I request to take action on the collection team and tell them not to harass customers like this by not listening to there problem.
