hi. hdfc bank ltd kolkata credit card division officials have given a word to me to settle my credit card amount for 150000 in 10 installments and i have paid my due of 15000 when they agreed to it. but after that suddenly when i asked them to provide me a confirmation mail they started denying on it. I have all the mails where i have mentioned that i am paying them money on this basis only but now they are giving a call/mail constantly for paying full amount though i have told them that i am not financially stable right now to pay such a big amount.
