Myself Bharath,who is living in Hosa Road,Bangalore. I have sent a courier to Gepact INDIA,Delhi location on 16th May and the same has been reached Delhi on 18th of May,but the same is not delivered to the destination address till 24th of May. the first no is in engage tone and the second i can hear the ringtone sound,but no one picks. When i try calling customer care it will take lots of time and finally IVR voice says all the associates are busy, please try again later. I don’t know how long will take to reach the destiny.The courier is very much important where my career is linked up with the same. How come the DTDC department is such negligent about the issues.When i gone through some reviews on the site, some says the same bad experience. It doesn’t mean that out of 100 delivers 99 is done and 1 is exceptional,b’coz that one may consists of sensitive information.Kindly check the issue and help me regarding the same.
