We have been facing problems for repair of our “Aquaflo Designa” water purifier. We had lodged an online complaint on 7th of May, 2013 and no one came for another 2 – 3 days. After 2 -3 days when the person came for repair, he said that a particular part is not available. He disconnected everything and never came back inspite of constant follow ups to him and your customer care executives.
The customer care executives had only one answer saying that the problem will be rectified same day evening or next morning and that evening and morning has not come yet.
They have not been able to get a part for past 17 days.
