Contract termination

I have subscribed for one year package for CASH STOCK PLUS.
Service Details:
Services: Stock Cash Plus (Yearly)
Start Date: 30-09-2014
Expiry Date: 29-09-2015

but I have not received any SMS relating to stock tips since last 20 days. I here with attached subscription confirmation mail received from Capital Via Global research Limited on 29/09/2014 after making payment.more over they are asking me Rs.20000/- more for the continuation of their Service. please look in to the matter.
