continously wrong balance deduction

Name of company/service: RELIANCE

I sureshkumar chauhan and my mobile no. is 8000708044.
i have a problem from the company for continously deducting wrong balance for the past 4 months.
the plan that is “STV24” that i was deactivated since 4 month back but i don’t know why they are deducting my balance every 13 or 14 date of month and every time i have to demanding refund for that, so for that i was very disturbing each and every time, so kindly take a proper action against those.
