Dear Sir,
Last year I lived in Bangalore and I got myself registered with the consultancy named “EXALT CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED” on Nov.15 2011. At the time of registration, i submitted Rs.3000, and they promised me that i will receive calls for interview within a week. In case I don’t get a job within 6 months, with their reference, they’ll return the complete registration fees of Rs.3000.
Instead of their promise that i”ll get a call within 1 week, i did not even received a single call for interviews.
After 6 months when unable to get a job through them i asked for my refunds. Firstly they gave a lot of excuses & then asked for some documents which they have mailed me. I submitted them all the documents they asked for, but still to no avail, they just keep on moving the date of refunds.
Finally when i warned them, that i will lodge an F.I.R of cheating & fraud against them, they refunded only Rs. 500 and the rest they make different kind of excuses and are not returning the amount.
Not only me, a lot a students are suffering due to their cheating and fraud promises and also not returning their money.
I request you to kindly look into the situation and help me.
