3rd Class Call Center Service

Dear Sir,

Now it appears to me that I have to escalate every single thing to you or someone at your level to get a resolution. Very frastrating and waste type of experience. In regards to my last complaint regarding the non availability of receipt of bill payment (online at tataphoton website) one person from your billing team called me today. He was of no help, rather irritated me by his pathetic English and having no clues about what is the problem. His approach was to somehow close the case. When I was trying to make him understand my problem regarding the non availability of bill payment receipt at the tataphoton website, your agent asked me for my login password, so that he can check that from his side. Asking for my password is a violation of Information Security Management System (ISO 27001:2005) policies. I think Tata teleservices is ISMS certified. He used my password to check that the bill receipts are there in the website or not (that he should be knowing before calling me, very unfortunate). Finally after wasting my time at the end he said that there is some problem in the website (!!!) and the technical team can only solve that. So I need to write to technical team and he can’t do anything from his side. His primary focus was to close the ticket against my complaint and absolutely no effort to solve my problem. I do not know how many times I have to have this type of worst customer experience which makes my day off and increases my BP. Really, really frustrating to listen from your agent who was arguing with me saying that, I can go ahead and register a complaint against this that my previous complaint is not resolved. Which is this call center where you outsourced this business ? and surprisingly how cum you are continuing with such a pathetic service provider where the agents can’t even speak English and they don’t have the basic skills to speak with people…. Horrible, Horrible,….

Can you make it happen that I can see and take print of the payment receipt for all the payments I made available in the website. If not possible, could you please send me soft copy receipt of the online payments we make. This is I think the smallest curtsey I am looking from you…
