my connection is not working from last monday i complaint manny times even i email this company head but i didnt get any response from there side no body visit to my home yet till date connection still nt working there executies and one senior confirm me on friday that problem will resolve today and a service engineer visit to my place on friday but till now monday no body came to my house to resolve the problem and whn i always trying to launch complaint they said it will resolve in 48 hrs i m harrasing now so much so please let me knw wht can i do
