Connection of New SIM.

I have taken one postpaid sim card on 28/12/2014 from gallery at Kalamboli for my office use & I got registered to the number 9594974879 for Mr.Sandip Ahire . I waited for 2 days . It was not activated . So I called to customer care , there they told that number is registered for other person & not for Mr.Sandip Ahire .

So again I visited to gallery at Kalamboli , they asked some changes on document & again provided new number i.e 9594250728 on 07/01/2015 . It is also not still activated . No any verification call received.
After few days idea gallery kalamboli call mi and said Your Sim is Activated.Your Verification successful.
I use this sim for my company working purpose .After few days i received one bill payment message Rs.536/-.and then stop my Outgoing services.
So , again when I contacted to customer care , they are saying that the number is not verify & not registered.
i visited again customer gallery submitted new document & id proof but he said this no is not activated again this SIM.

So , again when I contacted to customer care&gallery , they are saying Pay the bill amount 536/- and discontented the connection.
Already I have visited 3-4 times to your gallery ….& I don’t think other vendors take so much time to just activate one sim card connection .

Please look into this matter urgently & find out the cause why it is taking time…instead of asking us to come at your gallery again & again.
