Complient against Agarwal packworld pvt ltd for fraudulent commitment

I booked to send one brand new washing machine from Ahmedabad to Navi mumbai in 29/03/14 and they committed to deliver in 3 days. But so far i did not receive. I was keep on calling them they are not telling true. I want to fill a complaint against them.
