Compliant against Micromax

Dear Rahulji,

On 14 th nov I had given my mobile at Mobile CANVAS HD OR THE MODEL A116 WITH THE IMEI NO 911304252442896 solutions Aurangabad for repairs as the battery had bulged out and the mobile was not getting switched on. They took the handset against the jobsheet no W03062311136448716. And informed that I would get the mobile within 30-45 days but then its six months now and I have not recieved the mobile. Every time I used to call the callcentre or mobile service centre to know the status I am only told it would take another 15 days(the only update i used to get) . From the service centre I had managed to get the nos SSM (STATE SERVICE MANAGER ) MR NASEER KHAN 09767981037 and mr Selvan 7507144999 these 2 people again never responded so many times i had called on these nos but only twice have spoken to Mr Khan and as per him when we spoke 1st time on 22nd Jan he informed that my handset would be replaced with a new one and it would take 15 days from then onwards again there was no response from them then he gave me a another no of his RSM (regional service manager)Mr charanjit 09867646001, but as is the above conditions even he was not lifting the calls.

This is really a very pathetic conditons which micromax puts there customers in. from almost all the users of micromax whom I have come in contact with have said that the customer service is of very pathetic and disgraceful. I request you to please help me in getting my mobile at the earliest.

Around 15 days back MR Nithin Rathi of Mobile Solutions took Mr Raja Selvan in a concall with me wherein they had promised that in 8 days I would get a new replacement either of same model or higher but again its all false promises done, Till date its like I running pillar to post but then I am left in a lurch with no ways to go now ,

On one such occasion when I had called Mr Raja Selvan rather than giving me an explanation or details , he spoke so rudely and has asked me to go legally against the company and said that he cant help.

This is really a very pathetic scene given to the customer
