This Is to keep you informed that I requested for a airtel broadband connection in the month of Jan,2014.Due to some technical issue airtel called and told me that they cant provide me same,therefore i had asked for my refund.
I claimed and give a request for my complain in the month of January,2014 and I am still awaiting for my refund.Whenever I use to call customer care and ask for the refund I am being told always “This will take 21 days to be my amount to be refunded.”It has been always 2.5 Months.Do I have a right know when can I get my refund of Rs 500.
