Complaint not resolved & harassment for payment

Hi,

Please call me on 8130663249 I have stopped the payment on my no. 9717100668 on which there were already complaints going on which were never resolved,& then I was informed by one of your customer service representative that there is a special service activated on my no since march 2012 which I never requested.

I called in oct 2012 & requested a discounted SMS pack on my no as i use to test a lost & which use to charge a lot to me, 1 of the executives told me that this service is not available & next month in nov 2012 when I called another executive informed me that I can get the sms pack with a nominal charge of INR 29 per month & he activated the service on the account, So I complaint that if this service is available why was it not activated in the first place when I called in Oct 2012, this complaint was not resolved by airtel.

Then in dec 2012 i activated blackberry service on my phone & i noticed that there was some extra charged om my bill I called cust serv & came to know that there was a service activated on my no in march 2012 for which i m being charged INR 200 every month, I complaint & said I never requested for this services coz i got a confirmation call from airtel after the trial period of 1 month & I said no i don’t eed this extra service please close the service.

Still the service was activated, and since march I have never received a stmt from airtel in paper i use to pay through the sms alert which I use to get every month.

I asked the money which has been charged to me to be refunded & wanted to close the account.

The complaint was not resolved & the number was closed which lead to severe inconvenience to me.

It doesn’t end here after this the people from collections team started calling the contacts from my last bill, my family, friends they used offensive language & talked rubbish, even though I logged a complaint on airtel website that I want the complaint to be resolved & gave my no which I was using,still these people were calling my friends & family.

And recently a lady named shalu from the legal team called me I was telling her the entire story & she was least interested in listening to what happened she was cutting me off & was just asking for the payment, she started talking rubbish b’coz of which i lost my temperament & had to use offensive language, coz she was not understanding the inconvenience & distress I have gone through she was simply after the bill.

After that she called my father, my brother & abused them & again talked rubbish to them, I never said that I am not ready to make payment for the bill i want the complaint to be resolved which is my right.

I now I am so pissed of with this bloody service of yours that I am planning to escalate this issue to the consumer forum & claim a compensation for mental harassment, distress, inconvenience, financial losses which I have gone througfh b’coz of airtel, I just want someone sensible to call me & listen to what I have gone through.
