regarding the legal notice I received asking to make payment of Rs 1632/- even after I did full and final payment on 29th Nov2012. Its regarding my Netconnect+ number 9349439911, i had given the request to cancel this connection on 29th Nov 2012 and paid all my outstanding amount Rs:1007/- on the same day- receipt number AM28603582. I later found the connection is still active and bills are generating, i then logged 2 complaints.. Service Request ID: 197106372 (on 01/28/2013 ) Service Request ID: 198513407 (on 02/19/2013 ) I am continously following up on this compliants, no satisfactory response received so far. Even after paying all my outstanding on 29th Nov, i am still getting calls from their legal team on dailiy basis, i am frustrated on this. Today I have received a legal notice as well. I need to escalate this case as I had paid all my outstanding on 29th Nov as advised by the customer care executive and now they are again asking me to pay further bills. It is their fault that they did not process the request of connection termination which I raised on 29th Nov.
