Complaint for Docomo Prepaid Service

Location/place: Bhopal

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

I have recharged mobile at rs 250. And Received Sms 250 Talktime And unlimited 3g data for 30 days.But the use of internet the main balance will be deducted.I call customer care he said Your problem will be
solve with in 4 Hours. And refund your deducted balance.But after 4 hours they not connected call to the customer care.The problem will be not solve by the Tata docomo.Plz help me ASAP
