Complaint Agianst Nokia care

Dear Sir/ Ma’am

I deposited my headset in nokia care before more then 20 days , they told me that you will be get your headset with in 7 days , but still
they are making me fool , and there was no problem in my headset little bit problem in camera. when i ask to them they told me that there is hardware issue , it will take time . they are not telling me exact time and date . And the way of talking of the nokia care employee is not good .`
So please help me out form them
