I had been Tata Communications customer for past 1 year and after i requested to terminate the services have been recieving calls from Tata to submit the router back. I asked them to return my security deposit amount but till date no one has given me any satisfactory answer regarding the return of secuity deposit.
During the instalation i had been told that the security deposit would be adjusted in my last bill but on termination the stance changed and i was asked to pay the bill in full telling me that secusirty deposit would be returned back within 60 days. till now i have not recieved the security deposit back and people from Tata have been calling me to return the router back but no answer on my security deposit.
Today i have recieved a mail from one Shashikant Pawar stating that if i dont return back the router within 24 hrs they will take a legal action against me.
Tata communications dosent bother to return the customers money even after 2 months but gives an ultimatum of 24 hours to return the router
This is totaly unfair and requires strong action against such matters.
