Complaint against Wings Radio Cab

Hi,

This complaint is against Wings Radio Cab pune. on 18th July I had to leave for aurangabaad from pune.My bus was at 11:45 PM from chandan nagar. I booked a wings radio cab from hadapsar to chandan nagar for 10:30 PM as it was very diffucult to get an auto in night.
They confirmed the booking and gave me RPN no.2548201.
I waited till 10: 45 and they didn’t send any cab for me. I called them again and they told me that cab will be there at within 10 min at my home.
But again they didn’t send me any cab. I waited for next 2o mins and called them again. this time no answer from their side. operator was saying that “All the representatives are busy with another call please call again.”.

I was helpless this time as my home is far away from home and in heavy rain i couldn’t get any auto.

I missed my bus and missed my urgent work..
