i have not received my product yet.. my order no is 10290468. i ordered blackberry bold 9780 (black) and i paid 18,189 rs for the same, the amount was paid on 17th july by cash in bank. but my order is not delivered yet. the service center is giving me different different excuses every time, they are not responding to my emails also, i called them at least 30 times but no response. i am worried because i have paid a huge amount for it. please see to it as soon as possible.. and they have updated some wrong email in the order. they have updated meenu_1feb@yahoo.in, but my id is meenu_1feb@yahoo.com, i tried calling them many times but they are not willing to change it. please help me as soon as possible.
