Name of company/service: Tikona Broadband services

my internet was not working and so i called up tikona customer care around 40 to 50 times to solve my problem but after waiting more then 15days they haven’t even have a courtesy to call and ask customer to solve the problem and as per complain number it was produced on 29 july and had been told it will be solved in 78 hours that is 3days but its already been 15 days and they are not taking request to even cancel my connection and i have already paid deposited 3000 in advance for 3 years.after all this time im not able to use my services.so please help me i want to file a case against them
