My cellphone was in extended warranty period and it had only incoming speaker and noise in loudspeaker problem. When I gave my cell to Nokia Care, I was told that the cell has liquid damage and cannot be serviced at warranty. (As per my knowledge my cell has never gone through any such accident where it can have any liquid damage). Initially I was told that the estimated charge for servicing will be Rs 331 and if I refuse to get it serviced then Rs 55 will be charged for checkup. 2 days after when I gave my cell I got a call from Nokia care and they told me that some parts will have to be changed and they will charge Rs 3800 for that. I asked them to give back my cell. When I received it back it started giving screen problem i.e. flickering/flex problem. When I gave my cell to them at that time only speaker problem was there. I again asked them to solve the flickering problem as it was not there when I gave them my cellphone for repairing. They are refusing to rectify that problem and misbehaving when I ask them to repair it. I can only accept the speaker problem as it was there when I gave them but flickering problem is made by them. Please help me.
