Name of company/service: MTS MBlaze datacard service
I have recharged my MTS MBlaze number(Circle: Maharashtra & Goa) – 9145292043 with Rs. 348 on 3rd Aug, 2012. I was expecting the below data service as advertised: 2 GB Unlimited ( Upto 2 GB – Speeds upto 3.1 Mbps, Post 2 GB to 6 GB – Speeds up to 144 Kbps Post 6 GB – Speeds up to 64 Kbps). I didn’t receive so (Upload speed – 0.14Mbps, Download speed – 0.11Mbps right form the beginning) and raised an urgent complaint (#c1248208861) to resolve the matter. The Service Provider had given the estimated time for resolution to be by 7th of Aug. I called up on 7th Aug as the matter is yet not resolved and they asked me to raise another complaint as they have closed the old complaint because they were not able to contact me. This is quite frustrating and irritating as I was not able to perform certain very important official tasks during this period. Despite seeking urgent help regarding the matter, no action has been taken and I continue to suffer slow internet connectivity.
