bad practice/forgery in sale of items

Sir,
I have booked an order at flipkart.com for purchase of a mobile phone (Order number OD20729150866) and the order was paid through sbi atm/debit card. On 29/07/2012 they showed the product was available and it will be delivered on 07/08/2012. But today i.e on 07/08/2012 they send an e-mail showing their unavailability of the product. This is a type of forgery as i had paid in advance after viewing the availability. If they had shown about non availability why should i have booked the product. Rather i had gone to market to buy the product more over i need not had to wait for the product. As email from the portal amount may be reverted in 7-10 working days.This is simply understood that they use the money of customers and it gives mental embarrassment to them.
I request you to do the needful as this should not be again done with others. A compulsory and needfull action is deserved.
