I want to register a complaint against Internet Broadband Service Provider “Hathway Cable and Datacom Limited”.
I have taken broadband connection from Hatway, Poonam Nagar. Andheri office(agent name Anil Pal)for my flat in Bimbisar Nagar, goregaon east mumbai on 13 August 2013 and i had made an advance payment of Rs 3990 for 6 months and also deposited the amount Rs 900 for wifi router .
And it was confirmed to me by Anil that in case i want to disconnect the broadband earlier than 6 month in future, i need to mail to hathway and i will get the refund of the balance amount after deducting the charge for the period i have used the broadband.
And when due to some unavoidable circumstances i had to leave mumbai on 16th October 2013 i went to HAthway office for disconnection request and returned the wifi modem router to them and asked them to refund my wifi modem router deposit amount and remaining balance amount after deducting usage charges they asked me to drop a mail to few hathway concerned people and my money will get refunded soon.
And as per the instruction from Hathway executive there i mailed to all the concerned Hathway people on 16th Oct 2013, but i did not any response.
I did follow up on the same twice on the same, but didnt got any response till now and neither got my money refunded by them.
So, i am left with no option as these cheaters are just neglecting my mails and not refunding the amount.
So i want you people to please act against them and make them pay my amount back to me.
