I purchased Karbonn Titanium s5 mobile Just before 6 month but that giving me restart and heat problem I given to mobile for repaired that from Dadar service center but problem was not solved so they suggested me for hardware replacement from Delhi head office so I submitted my mobile in Dadar service Center on 19.11.2013 But still my mobile is not repaired customer care rarely receiving call and answering arrogantly and telling me that don’t call here again we will inform you when your mobile repaired in this 3 month more than 60 days my mobile is in service center i already requested them many times for replacement or at least repair that mobile but I am not finding any answer when I told them that I ll file complain against them in consumer forum they telling we are not fearing you just do what you can do
Sir I am really very unhappy just because of wrong commitment and bad service by Karbonn
