Hi All,

This is to draw your attention towards a very bad and unfaithful experience we had with an Institute named “INSIGNIA SIX SIGMA TRAINING & CONSULTANCY PVT. LTD” which deals in Six Sigma trainings. I along with my wife enrolled for this training with this institute and paid a fee in full of Rs.29340/- we were promised that the training will take place on 16th -17th June and 23rd -24th June. This training got postponed without any prior intimation and we were asked to co-operate. This was postpeoned again and we were given 2 options either to discontinue this training or take a refund of half of the amount. This does not help us as we will be left without any certificate.

No phone calls were answered by any of the staff. Even the managing director Mrs. Kankana Roy refused to take our call and responded rudely. We would need a full refund of the fee that has been paid as the coarse was left unfinished in a very unprofessional way.

Request you to look into this matter on an urgent basis.

I also had similar experience where Insignia people have not paid my trainer fees of Rs. 15,000/- and kept on postponing the payment for almost 7 months after which they stopped responding to my calls.

K. N. Roy is absconding since I visited their office at M. G. Road and now no one at the office or on given numbers takes-up the call.

I think it is high time that we file a police complaint against these people.

We have a similar experience with NCIS- Basement, E-217, Sector-63, Noida
Ph. No: 0120-4820500,
After requesting so many times they are not sending our markcards, even after completion of course. we are still waiting for our markcard. they even don’t pick our phone. they even don’t reply to our e-mail.
they are the biggest fraud and are playing with the future of the students.

Respected Sir
My name is vinod. I took admission in Techno Global university for Mtech through Isara institute of management and studies, New Delhi. I have doubt on there certificate so for that I verification by RTI and 3rd party verification. Both are verified and results come Fake university. I am asking money to return from institute but they not responding they are not ready to pay. And they also wast my 2 years. Please guide me what should I do. Please help me on this sir.

I had taken admissions in BIMT (Brij mohan institute of management & technology) , their college is far away from their head office the very first day they didn’t take us to visit nirther they asked so when we went all by our self it was almost 3 hours way for us to reach. So we decided to withdraw my admissions and when we asked them to they are not refunding a single amount which I hd paid. They took almost 20500 for just reserving a seat. And at the time of admissions they mentioned that application fee won’t be refundable but the other amount paid will be refundable and now they r not refunding the amount. Please help how can I overcome this.

my name is Kedar sharma S/O Sh Dinesh Kumar Sharma 1-3-487/1 Indira Nagar Nirmal Distt. Nirmal Telengana PIN-5004106 . I have Passed my B.Pharma from St. Marys College of Pharmacy Desmukhi Near By Raoji Rao Film City Distt. Nalgonda Tenlengana in Year 2014 Against Reg. Number 10D01R0035. During My Eduction I have cleared all examination. And Get All Certificate like Marksheet , Degree from JNTU Hyderabad.
But our batch mate including me did not get any advantage of this education cause This college is not approved by PCI (Pharmacy Council of India). But at Time of Admission Management Said that After Completing B.Pharmacy we will get you approved certificate. This type of Cheating has been done by management, But Till Now I have not receive my PCI Certificate and do not got any positive response from University Higher Authority Kindly Take some Immediate Action And Release My Certificate after get approval From PCI University As Early As Possible because they harass me a lot till From more than Three Years About This Matter. I shall Be Highly Thankful To YOU for this Act of kindness

I have taken admission in BIMT college gurgaon.. i have paid online Rs500 for registration. After that i had paid Rs 5000. For seat reservation by online payment..but i have selected in govt. Job after 2 days.. this is also not informed about non refundable.. they send my recepit online. I want to withdraw my money. But they are saying that it will not refundable. But it is refundable… These private insistution have their own terms and conditions….
