Hello Sir/Madam,
I would like to lodge a formal complaint against Dish TV and dish TV dealer M/s A R Corporation (Shop No 2, Bldng 3, Hariom Chs, R. K Singh Marg, Off Old Nagardas Road, Andheri East, Mumbai 400069 Contact 022-646268180/996467007) from whom I had purchased a dish TV connection ( bill dated 13 Aug 2012/ Fos Name Rahul) : package No: S00011935332/VC No. 01515081546. I was promised that full service would be operational within 2 days of installation. However, it has been close to a week now but I’m still waiting for the connection to come alive (my TV still shows recharge your dish TV account to avail services). The service team says that they’re waiting for a confirmation from the dealer (MMT confirmation) which is still due,my efforts to reach the dealer have been in vain as no one seems to answering the phone calls. Though most of my friends and family use Tata Sky network, I had thought I would give Dish TV a chance. Needless to say, I’ve been terribly disappointed with the Quality of Service provided. I request that action be taken against the dealer so that future customers and prospects do not return with such a negative experience.I now seek to disconnect my dish TV subscription and request for a refund of my deposit amount of INR 2290 + installation charges of INR 200.
I sincerely hope that my grievance would be redressed in time.
