I am highly dissatisfied with the Airtel and the customer care.
I had called customer care on 13th May to change the plan of my postpaid number such that the national roaming will get free.Customer care person assured that the roaming has been done free. Again for my safety i called on 24th May to confirm the plan and he assured that the plan has been changed. But at the end of the month the bill contained the roaming charges. I again called Airtel Customer care on 13th June (Ref No. F1296759880) and then the customer care accepted his mistake and said the bill will be adjusted in next month bill. I again got the bill for June with the roaming included.
Please help me out with this billing problem and provide me the new bill excluding from airtel.
Airtel are making themselves responsible for destructing their reputation.
