Respected Sir / Madam,

I became member of National Consumer Awareness Society (Regd.) (HOUSE BUILDING UNIT) # 175 Sector-45A Chandigarh. in Jan 2005. The chairman of above socity is Lt. Col. (retd.) PJS MEHTA.

Society planned to built 3BHK & 4BHK flats for all members and they collected Rs. 2.1 Lacs to 2.6 Lacs from each member for land purchase in April 2005 (@ Rs. 35 Lacs / Acre). They purchsed 7 Acres land in Sector 91, Mohali. I also deposited Rs.2.1 Lacs. From last 7 years we are waiting for our flats but they are not providing us any information. In 2010 they said now the sector 91 is institutional so they cannot build flats, they will sell land and refund the money with profit or provide flats at new location ( Near By ) to all members. But still we niether got our refund or flat. Now rate of Land in Sector 91 is around 3 crores/ Acre. They are not providing us list of all members & location of land. Please guide us to get our money / flat.
