My name is Aditya Gupta. I have a retail outlet in Rohini, Delhi. I’m a customer of AYK PAY-24 from October 2012.

This mail is regarding the complaint of AYK PAY-24 company management those makes fool to the retailers.

AYK PAY-24 is providing the KIOSK of all mobile recharges.

On 24th October 2012 when I booked the machine Mr. U.K.Gupta who is the distributor of AYK -PAY-24 sent his executive at my place & when I asked about the machine & its commission he told me that every mobile recharges are available in this machine & you will get 25% Advertisement commission of the company profit which is running live on the above screen of the kiosk & same thing mentioned in the first form which he filled-up before to get the Cheque or Cash of deposited amount Rs.5000 which is NON-REFUNDABLE. After that I issued a cheque of Rs.5000 for U.K. Enterprises the distributor of AYK PAY-24.

On 9th December 2012 Mr.U.K. Gupta came at my outlet with an old machine & put the machine at my shop. After 2 days on 11th December 2012 the engineer came for the installation of machine & they found the door lock was damaged. It means Mr. U.K. Gupta putted the damage machine at my shop.

After, a day again I call to Mr. U.K. Gupta for replacement of the door. When the door was replaced & machine got started I found some recharges were not working like Full Talk Time of VODAFONE, RELIENCE, IDEA those are the main recharges & no live advertisement is running on the screen. When I asked to the engineer he told me live advertisement facility is not available yet.

On 17th December 2012 I called to customer care regarding some recharges was not working & he told me within 2-3 days all recharges would work. But nothing happened & then I called to Mr. Nitin Sharma who is the customer care manager and he told that we are discussing this issue in our meeting.

On 20th December 2012 my machine got automatically restart & payment was not accepted. I informed to Mr. Nitin Sharma & next day 21st December 2012 he sent an engineer & again machine got in working condition. Same day the engineer Mr. Ajay empty the machine of Cash: Rs.1680, Transaction Number: 3778054979210 Date & Time: 12/21/2012 5:58:17 PM. He signed the receipt & told me that you will get your commission after a month. Yet, nobody gave my commission.

But next day morning on 22nd December 2012 again machine was behaving the same got restarted & not accepted the money. Early morning I informed to Mr. Nitin Sharma & he promised me the engineer will visit on the same day. Till next day morning 23rd December 2012 nobody came to resolve the problem.

Till then I lost my so many customers & through this kind of irresponsible behavior of company management I lost my outlet reputation because I failed to provide the services to my valuable customers. I asked everything about the machine & its services from Mr. U.K. Gupta that time he told me every service is working.

Then I called to Mr. Pankaj Sharma who is the CEO of this company & tried to explain my problem which I have been suffered. Same day in the evening I got a call from Mr. Nitin Sharma & he started the abusing language & he told me how could you call to my boss Mr. Pankaj.

Again I got a call from Mr. Nitin Sharma & he told me tomorrow on 24th December 2012 we pick the machine from your shop & returned your deposited money & you plugged out the machine now.

I called so many times to Mr. Nitin Sharma & sent messages & I did humble requests also to pick the machine & returned the money but he made a lot of excuses and makes me FOOL.

On 13th Jan 2013 Mr. U.K. Gupta came to receive the machine & he took the machine but not refund my money. This thing I mailed at the same time to Mr. Nitin Sharma & Mr. Pankaj Sharma but he didn’t do anything & not reply to my calls & mails.

I met some retailers also those have the same machine & they also told me that Mr. U.K. Gupta did the same as well. And he is doing this thing for the company & both the company management & the distributor Mr. U.K. Gupta makes fool to the people.

Kindly STOP them it’s my request.
