been sent to Appellate Authority but the response have been in the
form of reply e-mails asking for more time and nothing else.The
professional attitude at your end is really appreciable though the matter
could have been ignored at our end as it was not falling within your jurisdiction
which speaks highly of the work culture at the Corporate office.

With due regards I have to mention that the
resolution of the problem has been taken up in a casual manner at the
lower level.The representative Mr.Vibhor of Reliance Web World,Abu Lane
has taken this matter in a very light manner.Myself have visited the Web
World where as I could have sent my office staff but the application of number
being for my personal use I have completed all the procedures in person.
The customer care’s response that the number is working defies the logic that
no one even the customer care is able to contact me in that number.It seems
that the Customer care considers every person as illiterate.Ordinarily a
person could have gone for another service provider but in my case I
would take the matter to its ultimate conclusion.
Hopefully the problem may be resolved in the time period now asked for
7 days period.

On the issue of activating the no 9359440006 finally I have given up though
in this process my handset has become useless but it is better than
wasting time and facing incompetency.The latest answer received from Customer
care is given below-
“Kindly note that, as per our records there is no issue found at your number, this connectivity issue may happened due to some network conjunction. Hence try after some time. ”

We have tried several times at interval of every hour and we may take up this matter at the consumer forum and DOT for unfair practice.

We have already tried the procedure-
1.Dialled *228
2.thereafter the voice message is-
Welcome to Reliance-
3.then we have to enter
the language choice after that
4.the immediate message we get is that the phone could not be activated pl contact the
Customer Care.

Before activating this number already another number was active of reliance which was
disconnected by us for changing another number and that time the number could be activated
when the reliance web centrehad sent a message to the technical dept.
