I have detailed out my complaint which is as follows,
I have put a complaint on 13.06.2014 to Voltas Ltd for malfunctioning of Split Ac which was purchased on 29.01.2010 from authorised dealer of the company at Bilaspur. The complaint no:- 14062303096
1.5 Ton Split type AC (vertis premium) compressor srl no 4511071P09F015916 machin srl no04551075P09J011297 . Probably the problem is with the compressor which is within iys warrenty period.I have repetedly put the complaint through email and through their tele no:- 18004254555.
till date no response from their side.

on 28.06.2014 one of the service engineer attended the complaint & has give the report to the Company for replacement of the Compressor of the AC. No communication has yet received from the company.
Customer care unit also not aware of the fact. I am unable to make out what should be my next step.

The Compressor has been changed since then I have repeatedly requested to your service engineer at Bilaspur ,Indore and also to your customer care unit to provide me the serial no of the Compressor . In spite of repeated request serial no of the compressor replaced in lieu of the existing one has not been given. Your service engineer as well as customer care are in bad shape . please do the needful
