Dear Sir/Madam,
I had made payment to YouBroadband online to get a new internet connection. I am dismayed at their apathy. They are not responding or answering my calls. Even when they answer calls they are clueless. It has been 8 days since I made the payment. They claim to install a new connection within 7 working days. They are so irresponsible. Seems like they have forgotten that they owe me a connection. Please do something. Its a sincere request.
