Complainst against Tikona brad bond service

Dear sir/madam.

I am Ramya j shetty from BANGALORE, who was using tikona service till october- 2011, after that i was not using tikona service due to i had shifted my home to Rajajinagar..

Tikona guy shivaram he had given two connection from the single modem. one connection was to balyanayak and another one for me. And also modem is registered by my name and BINAMI ID given by shivaram to balya nayak.

I had shifted on october- 2011 after that even balya nayak was also planned to stop using tikona service, and he called same tikona guy shivaram and he submitted all the instruments.

since 9 months i was not using tikona brad bond service.

I was getting offten call from tikona internet servive regarding due payment of Rs- 1000/- in the month of (last week) may 2012.

I had already been paid my due payment on- 05-06-2012

Here my complaint is i had already been paid my due payment, and also all the instruments submission was been done, however on 17-06-2012 i had received 2 sms saying that –

1. Your account has been temporarily inactivated because of overdue balances/ Dunning. Kindly pay your dues to restore service.

2. Your tikona WI-Bro Bill Rs- 1331.31 due on 03-07-2012 has been generated and mailed to your registered email id.

3. And also again i got a 1,721.99/- bill generated mail, dated- 15/07/2012, due date- 02/08/2012.

I just want to confirm that since 9 months i was not using tikona service and i had already been paid my balance amount , but still on 17-06-2012 i got these two sms.

I am really confused here while paying that due payment rs 1000/- the lady (sandhya) from tikona she had been promised me that this is the last due payment amount and u wont get any sms or call from tikona regarding due payment.

And further MR. SHIVARAM tikona executive has taken all the instruments from mr balya nayak (our neibour) , and balyanayak was complaning that tikona guy shivaram he used to take monthly 500 rs from him without giving any receipt.
and also while submitting that instruments he has taken again 1000 rs from balya nayak without giving any receipt.

here i am ramya j shetty requesting you that i am not using tikona service since 9 months still daily 4 to 5 times i am getting a call from tikona saying that new bill generated.

Please help me regarding this sir..

    Hi Ramya,

    unfortunately I am also using Tikona.
    I have paid the amount of Rs2100 but i have not received payment receipt.Hence my e statement got rejected by my company.I have contacted customer but no luck.
    Planning to raise a complaint in consumer court to check if there is any justice in India.
    Please let me know about thoughts.
