complain of scholarship not reach in my account

respected sir,
i am bhagwati rani from deoband dist- saharanpur and student of b.a. 1st yr from ishlamia degree college affilated to chudhary charan singh university meerut.
i want to say that my scholarship will not reach in my account and bank told me that schlorship not come from goverment of up but schloaship uploaded on the internet site and college chairman and bank are not want scholarship reachs in student account.
so please sir take action against both. my account number is 9871 from corporation bank of deoband.
