Dear Sir/Mam,
As per my Previous complaint which i register on 4of Sept 2012 the complaint no is 615878, its not resolve at that time,
after that i again do same complaint & E Mail on 18th of September with complaint no 638521 and 642826 after registering those complaint i have not revived any feedback from your side yet , i buy this Croma LCD TV on last month at 24th of August,
i requesting to you that please resolve my problem as early as possible and i don’t want any kind of repairing work on my LCD if their have any problem so please replace this Immediately,
I requesting to you that please Change/Replace my LCD Tv As early as possible,
finally my experience was very bad after buying this LCD Croma TV from Croma store, and i not expecting This kind of Negligence from TATA ,
I hope you understand my problems which i facing, I also send a complaint against you (Croma A Tata Product) in Consumers’ Forum
I hope at this time you give me you’r best service,
Please Take a Necessary Action on this matter as early as possible
