I sujeet pal singh rawat registered my complain for change mobile no. 9897418988 from postpaid to prepaid on 20 May 2014 in tata service center and they told me that my complain resolve within 3 days.
after 7 day on date 27 May 2014 customer care executive told me that my complain registered
and my no convert after due bill payment but my no. not prepaid yet today on 31 May 2014 i call to customer executive to inquiry about my complain and they told that your complain registered on 27 May so after 10 days your no convert to prepaid.
and also you pay bill from 20 May 2014 to 5 Jun 2014.
So i want that when i registered my complain on 20 May so why i paid extra 7 days bill due to late registered on there system
I request you that please resolve my complain as soon as possible
