This is to bring into your kind notice that I tried to recharge my MDN
9985591693 online with the top up 222 on 2nd September at around 2.30 pm. I
tried thrice but my trials were failed for first two times but I was able
to recharge the same on my third attempt. But after the recharge I didn t
receive any notification SMS on my mobile handset neither a mail. Today
when I checked my bank statement there I got to know that my balance got
deducted thrice for my attempts but I got the benefit of only INR 222. The same has been conveyed to the Nodal Officer and the Appellate Authority and I have been asked to wait for 10 working days. After 15 working days I reminded them the same I they asked me for the updated copy of my bank statement. After furnishing them with all the required details also they are not taking my concern seriously and whenever I call up to the Nodal’s Officer’s contact number every time I hear the response “He is not available”. Hence, I appeal you register a complain on the same and take serious, immediate and necessary action against the Nodal Officer and the Appellate Authority of Vodafone, Andhra Pradesh Circle
