Complain against highly unprofessional response of Lava service centre

Sir,

I had bought Lava handset Model no B8. on 1st March’2012 from LetsBuy Online Portal. It worked fine for three months but after that its keypad started giving problem. Since my phone was still under warranty period, I deposited it in the service center (Tech Telecom, Sow room No 11, Mega Centre, Near noble Hospital, Magarpatta, Hadapsar , Pune 411028 ) on 26th June’2012 . They had asked to collect the phone on 30th June’ 2012 (that is after 4 days) but finally retured it on 18Th July’ 2012 (that is, after 22 days). What was even more disappointing was that they returned the handset in fully discharged condition and when I charged it after getting back to my home, I discovered that the handset was in the same condition in which it was deposited, that is, its keypad was still not working. I had to again go back to the service centre and deposit the handset and its 41 days now and they have still not returned it.

Thus, my handset started causing problem within three months of purchase and when deposited at the service center, they made me wait for 22 days only to return it in the same condition. I had to deposit it again and now instead of trying to get it fixed at the earliest, they are still keeping my handset and haven’t repaired and returned it yet, after 41 days.

Thus, my handset is with the service centre for last 41 days in total.

I also dropped a complain on LAVA site about 10 ago but I dint got any response from LAVA. I am really disappointed by the way the company deals with their customer.

This is really the height of bad service I have ever experienced and I really didn’t expect such awful service from a company like Lava. I want you to look into the matter at the earliest and make sure that I get back my handset in proper working condition along with suitable compensations for the inconvenience caused else I will be left with no other option but to take strict actions against all this.
