I have a complaint regarding 100bestbuy.com online purchasing site.
I had paid 599 for Samsung galaxy contest on 6 july, and at that time I had received a confirmation mail of payment also. Also, the money in the form of credit points reflected in my account at that time but after 2 days, those credits points stopped reflecting in my account. From that day to today, I am calling and mailing the customer care approximate daily. They always tell me sorry for inconvenience, give us two working days. But from last one month, there this two working days still does not over. When this time I had told them,that If you not refund my money in the form of credit points, tehn I go to consumer forum, they replied as your wish. Please look in to the matter.
I have all proofs of payment and the mails of communication with 100bestbuy.
