I purchase a double doorrefrigerator Date:- 07/11/2011 from Vijay Sales Pitampura ,Delhi, Model no isGL338VSX5SV. This product is under warranty and it is stop cooling, I loggedcompilation Dated :- 12/06/2012 through mail but there is not any respond comesat your side. Next day dated:- 13/06/2012 again logged compilation throughtelephone and case id is provided by you is rna120613024968 , after that sameday a service engineer Mr.Nitian visit at my residence and he diagnosed foundthat gas is licked ,next day date :- 14/06/2012 another service engineerMr.Yogas visit at my residence for gas refiling but he is not able to do that.He told me Gas chamber and compressor is faulty and water is enter in bothchambers. I ask that how is it possible he is unable to satisfied me and hetold me that is manufacture defective by LG. Thus, he told that wholerefrigerator carry for repairing in service center.
Kindly arrangetechnical expert service engineer for on site repairing as soon as possible orif this product is beyond economical repairable then exchange same product.
This isalready confirm to you that, due to these issues, my father’s expensivemedicine has destroyed because of not taking it in cool temperature in fridge.he is suffering from cancer last 2 years. So it is very important to put allcostly medicine in cool temperature.
