ADJUSTMENT IN BILL

Location/place: JAITU DIST FARIDKOT PUNJAB

Name of company/service: BSNL JAITU AND FEROZEPUR

I HAD A CONNECTION OF WIMAX INTERNET SERVICE OF BSNL. THEY STARTED MY CONNECTION ON 20-11-2010. SINCE IT STARTED IT HAS PROBLEM OF DISCONNECTING, I REGISTERED A COMPLAINT OF IT. THEY WAS NOT ABLE TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. EVEN THEY CALL A ENGINEER FROM JALLANDHAR TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM AND HE ALSO COULD NOT ABLE TO SOLVE IT. SO I DECIDED NOT TO CONTINUE THIS SERVICE, I RETURN ALL THEIR HARDWARE MATERIAL ON 22-12-2010 AFTER NEAR A MONTH WITH WRITTEN LETTER THAT I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE AND I WANT TO DISCONTINUE THIS SERVICE.
WHEN I APPLIED THIS CONNECTION THERE NO TERM & CONDITION SAYING THAT MINIMUM SERVICE HIRING COMMITMENT PERIOD IS 3 MONTHS. NOW THEY SENDING ME BILL OF 3 MONTHS. I SEND LETTER TO SDO TELEPHONE JAITU, GM FEROZEPUR AND GM CHANDIGARH TO ADJUSTMENT REGARDING BILL TO ONE MONTH SO I CAN EASILY PAY IT. THEY ALSO DID NOT REPLY TO MY REQUEST.
