company sending scheme messages and not giving those schemes

I received a message from reliance today at 10.09am that recharge with rs 74 n get 1gb 3g data for 30 days instead of 7 days and after recharge ob same day o got that for a week and when I contacted reliance care for that they said nothing can be done

I am having the messages as proof
I want it to be extended for a month
