Company not returning Damage product

Dear Sir,

I have bought one Orpat 1 Ltr OEK-8147 Electric Kettle Stainless Steel fromsnapdeal , Order ID “4348853860”. But it came damaged to me. Because of that I requested for return of product with in 3 hours of receiving the product. Initially company responded for return of damage product and they asked to upload photo and pack the product as it is. But after 1 week they tell me that I had inform to some snapdeal members that I did not want to return product, which I did not tell to anyone either through mail or phone. And after that they stop responded to my mail and and though I have mailed many request regarding returning of my product no body responding to me. They have written to my account at snapdeal that it is not returnable since it exceed 7 day though I requested with in 3 hour.

They blocked my mobile so that I can not talk to any customer care support member.

It would be great help if you can guide me what should I do now so that snapdeal will return my damage product.
