CLUB MAHINDRA UNFAIR RULES FOR HOLIDAYS

Name of company/service: CLUB MAHINDRA

Club Mahindra has introduced 2 bookings per year for GUESTS (other than member/co-applicant/dependents below 25 years). They have classified children above 25 years as ‘GUESTS”. Now, if children above 25 years (married & otherwise) wish to go for holidays, CM will NOT allow more than 2 bookings in one year. In case member himself does not wish to go with children, they are classified as GUESTS, so how it is possible for children to enjoy holidays if they can NOT be treated as direct dependents of the member and allowed booking for more than 2 times in a year..??? This is very unfair rule and not in favour of members and their family members…

    I have the same concern! I am even okay to pay the guest fee but this ridiculous rule saying even being a purple member, dependent above 25 cannot use any colour holiday is unfair by CM. Considering the fact that when we got the membership this rule was not effective and we never agreed to this.

    I fully agree with the concern raised.
    Till 2017, one was allowed to change CO applicant once a year. So, your son or daughter with age more than 25 years could have easily added as co applicant. Now they have changed the rule and made it only once in five years. The agents get enrolled as co applicant and sell holidays in market and this is true scene. Club mahindra is ok with such agents but not ok with members own child more than 25 years and force him as a guest. This is unfair. Let us see whether and how fast club mahindra team address this.

    I fully agree with the concern raised.

Now they have changed the rule and made it only once in five years. I tried to book mahindra holidays for my recently wedded daughter but was refused.This is not good.They cant change the rules every now and then to suit there purpose just because members cant do anything they are forced to continue the membership .This is unfair

    He is above 25yrs..hence booked as guests and charged 2000 per nigh
    What kind of membership os this

    Hi , I have the same concern . I am wife of the co-applicant & CM asked me to book as Guest if husband is not traveling . While selling us the membership they had conveyed that’s it’s like family membership. Anyone from your family can book and take holiday without paying any charges .
    Please define direct dependence & family definition .
