Dear Sir,
I had registered a complaint with the customer care center on 12/08/12 with complaint no O0812006851. The company has not sent their rep to rectify the problem even after continuous reminder from my side even though the machine is in warranty. They have closed the complain today saying that it was on customer request. however i had not made any such request. This behavior of the company is causing me a lot of problem because presently i m staying alone and i have to wash my clothes after coming from office. i have also sent a email to the company also but they have also not responded.
